From Gary Barber / Pastor FBC McCaysville, Ga
Tuesday, July 01, 2008
|
| This letter was sent to us just a few days ago...we wanted to share this letter with you. I have skipped down just a little so you will be reading this from the middle of his story.
It goes like this....Our church and many from the community were blessed last Sunday evening with music that was both quality and God honoring. The Promise Quartet blessed us all and honored the Lord with a nice blend of quality Southern Gospel and soft Contemporary Christian music. Eric - Patrick - Kurtis - Chris and Travis have a blend and good tight harmony. But much more than their sound I enjoyed their hearts.
I wanted to use the platform of this article to publicly thank the quartet for being sincere Christian servants who have a heart first for God and then also for people. In me, the Promise Quartet has a new fan because their music and their humility are evident in their performance. May God bless them as the move forward for Him and may they retain the humility that makes them great in the Lord.
Thank you to Gary Barber for these kind words about our group.

PQ Signs With Lamp Music / Mountain Top Records
Sunday, February 03, 2008
|
| This first appearance will let you know that we are working on a new project with Lamp Music. Lamp is based out of Whitesburg, GA, which is just below Atlanta. We signed with them a few months ago. We really want to focus on this C/D in trying to make it one of our best to date.
We recorded in the Fall of '07, which means the project should be ready for a January 2008 release, if the Lord doesn't make his appearance and take us Home, we will have it out then! The title of our new project is "Living For The Call". A special thank you to Mike & Rhonda Pillow for giving us a chance to sign with such a professional company. |
